Charles is an incredibly friendly guy who knows his stuff and carries a very good selection of headphones. His prices are very competitive to what you would pay to have them shipped.
In the end, I got myself a Beyerdynamic Dt770. Would not hesitate to get anything from him or have my equipment serviced.

Had an incredible experience here last week! Charles’ patience and expertise was instrumental in helping me pick out a new pair of IEMs from this great little boutique shop in the Yonge/​Lawrence neighbourhood. Products range from more affordable everyday models to true high-​fidelity options that would satisfy the most discerning of audiophiles.
I cannot wait to visit this place again and pick up some more goodies!

I went in to this small shop looking for a specific pair of headphones. The owner let me try them, and we talked a bit about my music and listening style. He suggested I compare a few other brands and models, and described what each offered for listening. I ended up with a very different, and better sounding, pair of headphones.
I was so satisfied with my experience that a few weeks later I went back for a portable amp. He again provided knowledgable pros and cons of models, and again suggested a better model than I went in looking for.
No pressure, no condescension. Just friendly knowledgable help. I’d highly recommend giving him a try if you’re in the market for anything above the common generic equipment available everywhere.
