I must say that I was greatly impressed by the service that I received at the Toronto boutique! Chantal was fantastic and really took the time to show me many different styles and helpful tips. The boutique is equipped to deal with multiple customers and wedding parties at once although I was there on my own. They also provide recommendations on undergarments and accessories to complement the dresses.
They do have dresses available in stock to purchase on the day of the visit or options to ship to your home.
The experience could only be made better if the boutique were in a better location as the TTC/​Google Maps instructions were off. It is a short walk from Yorkdale however and worth the trip!
I would definitely recommend this boutique for its customer service and the versatility of this dress!

I’ve been so curious about how these dresses feel and look on me and since I was a little closer to the area than normally I decided to call and see if I could get an appointment. I forget the girls name who helped me today but she was so wonderful and made me feel right at home and never made me feel rushed at all. I was getting ideas for a bridal party and I hope the bride goes with these dresses! I will be back to purchase a dress for sure. The iris style was so flattering on me!

First of all, let me say that I love these dresses. I think the flexibility of their design is wonderful and their quality is good. I have not visited their physical location, but have dealt with the company online and via phone.
I ordered a test dress that arrived quickly in the mail. I ordered 4 more dresses for the rest of my bridal party at the beginning of May and was told that they were currently on preorder because they didn’t have enough in stock. That was fine, I was willing to wait, and when I called at the beginning of June, I was told that they would be ready to ship at the end of the month. When they hadn’t arrived by July, I called again and was told that there had been a delay but they would definitely be ready to ship by the end of the month. When I called again at the beginning of August, I was again told that they would be ready to ship at the end of the month. At which point I cancelled my $ 900 order that included bandeaus and groomsmen accessories since I wasn’t confident that they would be able to fill my order in time.
To make a long story short, if they have your color in stock, get it! But if it’s out of stock, be prepared to be proactive about contacting them, since, in my experience, they will not communicate anything with you otherwise.

Bridesmaid dresses, in general, just make me want to cringe with dread — since the prices can get plain crazy ridiculous.
I say this — but to be flat out honest with you — I do love my bridesmaids and I want them to look and feel comfortable on the day of.
Henkaa was a very viable option as it isn’t too overly pricey and fairly reasonable, and they are very comfortable to wear. Also, practically speaking re wearable as well.
So right now they have two versions of a convertible dress — one ¾ length sleeve and one not — with 3 variable lengths of skirt lengths. Along with lots of color options and you can choose to customise via some of the multi-​functional accessories they offer as well.
So for me, I went to their one retail store and both times I went — I did not have an appointment — but if you want proper attention — you should make an appointment — so they have time to style you and show you the many options of how to wear their dresses.
The advantage of going to the store, is that you do get the instant gratification of getting the dress right away, if they have it in stock.
Now the customer service is friendly and they don’t hover — even though the showroom itself isn’t that big. They have two proper large scale dressing rooms with one sort of makeshift one.
Overall — I love how comfortable the dress feels, so much so I bought one of each dress style — which I can wear out with company and to the office.
Bonus points — the sizing is either two sizes for the «no» sleeve version — so it is practically one size fit all.
