I really expected better from this company. Joseph Adler was my contact here, and to begin with he was very helpful and friendly, but as soon as we’d paid up front (required) that changed.
Poor communication, slowly than promised results and unsatisfactory document produced in the end.
The document was at least produced to a pre-agreed final figure. However I asked a simple question about the front cover of the document, and the company invoiced me over $ 150!
I asked if they thought this was fair and Joseph Adler informed me «this is how we earn a living»
I would look elsewhere.
