Hot Deallio made it a condition that in order to receive a refund I had to remove ALL my previous reviews regarding the business. I paid over $ 20 for a product I did not receive after months of being ignored and baited and when I tried to stand my ground and say I would remove the review ONCE and only once I received a full refund they flat out denied my request saying unless the reviews were removed I would be offered only store credit and then they said«which I am sure you don’t want.» Hell NO I don’t want your store credit! Oh and did I mention they tried to get me to sign a «legally binding» contract that not only would my review remain deleted that I am not to write anything negative on any social network such as Unilocal or Facebook. How crooked of a company is that!!! Needless to say I did not sign it, and FINALLY received a $ 17 refund the next day which was not even the full amount I paid but I am so over this matter. It’s not like I really needed that $ 17 it is that this is the most immaturely operated company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Now that I have received my refund I am reposting my previous reviews because as a consumer I have that right! Guess you should make sure people actually sign your stupid waivers before you refund them eh? ORIGINALREVIEW: There is only 1 way to describe this company. Ridiculous. Ordered an item with a voucher and have been waiting about 6 weeks for it to be shipped. I contacted them 2 weeks ago to which they said they would give me a $ 10 gift card(which I will never use if this is the service they offer) and expedited shipping but no timeline as to when my order will actually shipped. Needless to say it still has not shipped and I am about to file a charge back with my credit card company. Don’t offer vouchers if you are incapable of fulfilling the orders in a timely fashion! UPDATE: One month later still no product and now they don’t even respond to my emails. Hands down the most unprofessional company I have dealt with. UPDATE: After ignoring my most recent email for weeks they now say my order was lost in transit(which I am inclined to not believe) and they are sending me a gift card for the value. Uhh, why the hell would I want a gift card for a company like this. Requesting a refund I highly doubt I will ever see!

Package took 4+ months to be delivered, but apparently on an error of the group buying site that didn’t pay them — they rectified the situation and made everything right. Hindsight customer service was excellent
