I enjoy living here. This is not a paid review. Here’s some info if interested. Ideal Lofts is a residential condo low-rise building developed by Context Development and designed by architectsAlliance. It’s named after the Ideal Restaurant Supply store which once stood on the site. The building’s board has been effective in representing owners interests. The south units overlook grasses and trees on the condo’s lower green roof. The neighbourhood has many bistros, cafés, shops, bars and restaurants. Nearby is Trinity-Bellwoods, Mirvish Village, The Annex, U of T, Kensington Market, West Queen West, Chinatown, and Koreatown. The location has a 100 Transit Score and a 97 Walk Score. There are also two independent businesses located here. 1) Shoppers Drug Mart, open 9 am-9 pm, is on the ground floor at 463 College St. 2) Impark Parking Garage underground, open weekdays, can be accessed from Markham St. Be warned that access to the garage closes to the public at 6 pm. If you are locked out, please contact Impark about lot #458 at 416−369−1801 As of Jan 2015: «Daily: $ 10.00 flat 6am-6pm, $ 9.00 early bird(enter before 9am). Evening: $ 6.00 flat(M-W until 6am).
