I was feeling guilty about not tipping the manicurist because I had paid before the session and didn’t want to dig in my wallet and mess up my nails afterwards but I am not guilty any more as this was the worst manicure I have ever had. It’s not been a week yet and my polish is peeling and my cuticles look disgusting still. I will not go back there again!

I love this place. Lisa does the most excellent pedicure. I’ve travelled all around the world having pedicures and few come close to the professionalism, friendliness and precision of Lisa at Institut De Beaute Nimana. I also lived in Japan for many years where they take great pride in the detail and quality of a good pedicure, but Lisa easily rivals them. I’m sorry to read the negative review on here about the salon. It certainly hasn’t been the case the two times i’ve visited.
Aftercare service is also great. When Lisa was worried about one of my toes due to a loose nail (from a previous pedi from a different salon) she told me to come back if it broke off and she’d redo it for free. Can’t argue with that!

This salon is the worst I have ever been to. The manicure and pedicure I received was sloppy, uneven and over priced. The customer service is lacking and the only person ruder than the technicians is the owner. When I tried to voice my concerns I was treated to a host of insults and barely given a chance to speak. The only reason I am giving it one star is because no star is not an option! I will not be returning to this salon a suggest that others do not waste their time going either.
