Came here after booking with a living social coupon site thing and while the studio experience was fun, and there was plenty of good shots from our shoot, I never received the digital copies, only the smaller preview photos, and we didn’t get the two ‘professionaly edited’ retouched photos. They were supposed to be included in the package I bought but after trying again and again to get them, instead I just got ignored. That’s been like, six months ago.
I have to say I’m quite disappointed.
It’s a damn shame too because when we first left and got the contact sheet via email my partner and I talked about maybe making it an annual thing. Having a photoshoot together every year. And while we still might do that, we won’t be using Jay Lolli Studios.
