I would give zero stars if I could. I recently made a purchase at the yorkdale store. I was pushed into a pair of jeans I regretted buying 10 mins later. I returned to the store at that moment and they refused to take them back. I was not told that they would not return when I purchased them. It is written in the fine print on the receipt, but what good does that do me when I have to pay first to get a receipt! I was treated so poorly, was lied to when i asked who the store manager was, was not called back when I finally got to speak to a store manager, and now an stuck with a pair of jeans I will never wear. I do not want a store credit as I will never buy anything there again. Be warned, I have never been treated so poorly. I will be telling everyone I know to avoid this store and company. Shame on you for treating your customers with such I’ll regard.
