I used Joe and Joe in the past. The provided a decent roofing job at a very competitive price, that was back in ’06.
I had another roofing job requirement and they never returned my phone calls. I must have called about 5 times and never once got a message back. In this economy I’m surprised the roofing/​construction business is so busy in Toronto that these guys don’t have to worry about lost business.
