Not only did Junk Master not show up for my scheduled appointment, but they also didn’t bother calling or emailing, or answering their office phone despite many attempts.
I don’t know if they always this discourteous, or if they considered my job unimportant because it was relatively small, but either way this is not acceptable customer service.

Is it possible to give them no stars? NO ONE SHOULD EVER USE THEM!
Similarly to the other reviewer for Junk Master, I had also purchased a voucher through Wag Jag for $ 95 worth of junk removal.
They never showed, responded to calls and took a logn time to return an email. Bryan Evans seems to be the only contact for the company when you call as all phone extensions (operator, customer service, etc) all lead back to him.
When he finally responded to my email, the reason for why the truck didn’t come was because there was in an issue with it. if there was such an issue, you would think that the most common sense approach would be to immediately contact your clients to notify them of the situation and reschedule new pick up times. Sadly, that was not the case for them. I had no choice but to call another company who could pick up the items within a few hours of calling them.
