This place sucks. You can never pay by credit card or debit card. IRA should monitor this place as they are scamming the government by not fully reporting their income. She keeps taking in appointments so she is making money. The thing is you cannot trace it as she only accepts cash. The woman at the front is unfriendly (maybe the owner). Will never go back there again.

I cannot for the life of me understand how Muja’s experience could have been as bad as all that.
I’ve been to Kelly Spa dozens of times, usually once a week, sometimes more. Needless to say, I’m very pleased with the quality of massage I get or I wouldn’t return so often.
I’ve been massaged by a number of the masseuses and I’ve always been pleased. Of course, some are more to my taste than others, but I’ve never been disappointed.
And I will continue to go back.

This place is down right a rip
Off and not sure why they are still in business. I decided to take my 10 yr old neice with me to experince a massage. I called earlier in the day to book, I presume a Chinese woman who could barely speak any English answered and I tried to communicate with her but couldn’t understand her. I believe she finally understo when I made an appt. when I arrived obviously no appointment was noted so we had to wait another 20 minutes to see if there was availability.
They made us wait in the pedicure room. No one ever asked what kind of massage we would like nor any certain kind of issues we would like to target. The masseuse didn’t speak English at all and was very abrupt. We had the couple massage and my massuese and my Nieces masseuse were so unprofessional constantly talking to each other in Chinese. They had no sense of professionalism when it came to relaxation and satisfaction of the clients. Not only that my masseuse farted several times during he session, coughed in my face and kept leaving to answer the reception phone. When I asked her to focus on my neck she seemed to not understand and mostly worked on my back. The pressure was good but she did not address my needs despite me telling her several times. I wanted to get up and leave but wanted my neice to continue her massage. After we were done they only take cash, and when I left a small tip at the reception the lady acted snobby and sneered saying that’s not enough tip. She also charged my neice who is 10.5 years the same as me even though she is considered a child. Essentially this place sucks and totally unprofessional. If you want to get coughed on and hear your masseuse fart and chatter away in a foreign language without addressing your needs then this is the place for you.

I went there few time. All were bad experience before the start.
I really heard that the massage is very good there, but i never tried it because the front dick lady is just so rude and unfriendly. no smiling whatsoever, bad English and i wasnot allowed to see the room or the girl. I tired to explain to her that I always don’t want an old or fat lady which i am sure it is my right to see who will be touching me!

Foot reflexology was done by a lady with sharp nails. Terrible experience. Don’t come here. Very unprofessional and unethical.
