I like the furniture at this location and I would like to purchase a very beautiful coffee-pop up work table. Unfortunately they want me to buy it from a picture sight unseen, non-refundable($ 2500) I haven’t noticed the bad service mentioned below but I do know Toronto needs to grow up when it comes to service in the high end market. I shop around the world and would have to rank Toronto low when it comes to service. We have the lowest productivity levels in the world for a reason. I do want to mention the sales clerk Maxime was very nice and gave me lots of time but no results. If you find yourself shopping at Kiosk look for him, he is knowledgeable of the complete product line. I called Lane Crawford Home, a similar high end store in Hong Kong. Not only would they get me the table, but $ 600 less, no tax and they will ship it to Toronto for free. Is it just me or is retail becoming a small world and when it comes to service, Toronto is falling behind. Personally when I travel and shop I find a retailer would rather die then to lose a sale. I just don’t get that feeling here. For this reason I would have a hard time going back to this store. I wouldn’t be able to count on them.

If there were a way to give 0 out of 5 starts I would based on SERVICE alone. I’ve never walked into a more rude and insulting environment in my life! We came in to purchase, walked around for 30 minutes, even smiled at the employees and we didn’t get a hi, a hello, or even a head nod back. NOTHING. No one approached us or asked if we needed any help whatsoever. One man even gave us a nasty face and ignored us. Ummmm not the correct way to run a business. Fortunately for us there are many high end furniture stores in the area that have been extremely helpful. Will never come back here again!
