I went in this weekend just to be disrespected and Jason definitely has it bang on. Just avoid this place unless you wanna spend thousands of dollars and have them be rude to you, unbelievable. I hope this place goes down, she has NO sense of customer service. There are other places that are cheaper and MUCH friendlier.

First, the good — interesting selection of furniture and lighting. Location is convenient. The bad — I’ve been in here a number of times and customer services ranges from being completely ignored to downright rude. For no reason! Owners seem more interested in letting their children run around the store or chatting with friends(definitely not customers). I gave this place a few chances and they have failed every single time. Sorry guys, there’s PLENTY of other ultra modern high-end stores in this city.

Klaus continues to astonish me over the years with the products/companies represented. The merchandising in-store is always incredibly on-point with what’s forward in the design world on an international level — it is absolutely the *only* spot in this city where you can get an accurate sense of what good, refined design is and moreover a huge selection of product that you can actually purchase. This store isn’t ‘trendy’ in the sense that so many interior stores are — Klaus demonstrates a strong ability to foreshadow design that will be trendy in the coming years. Classic modern pieces are also thrown into the catalog which ultimately means you’re going to have a very difficult time picking things out. Contrary to the other review currently posted I have always found the staff to be helpful, suggesting pieces that fit the style or function you’re looking for. If staff have previously been assisting somebody in the store you may have to wait your turn, but this is a showroom, the items sold are pretty major things in your life and therefore the buying experience is similar to that of buying a car — service is one-on-one. That last star is lost because of pricing — I’ve ended up buying a few items from the U.S. and bringing them over the border because the difference in cost was significant enough that’s it’s worth the hassle.

The store is beautiful, but the salesforce is arrogant and incompetent. I ask for the price of a specific lamp, the salesman walked away from me to start a conversation with somebody else and when he ‘found’ the time to talk to me he was just making up prices… I checked for the lamp on line and found it for less than half of the price he made up. I hope he is the owner of the shop, because otherwise he won’t work there for much longer.
