I’ve been seeing Laura, one of the Register Massage Therapists who works here, and she is wonderful! A couple of massages made me feel first like I had worked out, and overall seem to be leading to really positive and dramatic changes in my body. I’m planning to upkeep this new feeling by getting massage therapy semi-regularly and I don’t know why I would go anywhere else. Reception and staff are super friendly. I’ve been offered coffee, tea or water each time I’ve been there. The waiting room vibe is very comfortable, with one potential flaw: there are a lot of fashion and beauty magazines available. This isn’t a big deal to many folks — and they’re probably very welcome to some folks! — but as this is a place that offers therapy for a wide diversity of reasons, I just want to let people know that they’re there because I know they can be triggering. I don’t think this is something that would make many folks choose to not go here, but to me it’s notable.
