I’ve been to this store a few times. I couple times on my own, and several times with my partner who loves designer clothes. I can’t deny the quality of the clothes here. Being «designer», the clothes are, of course over-​priced. But they are lovely, and there is a decent variety for the size of the store. What I take issue with here is the very poor customer service. Twice now I’ve caught the staff looking me & other customers up & down when they thought I wasn’t watching.
I went in before Christmas to buy something for my partner, and when I asked about their return & exchange policy, considering that I was buying a gift, I was told «no refunds & 24 hour exchange policy» Really? It’s Christmas! What if the size was wrong or the colour? I was told to take it up with the owner, who wasn’t in.
I don’t care what you’re selling, customer service is key, and these people don’t have any.
