Went into this shop recently and the guy who ‘helped’ me, I think he’s the owner, treated me like crap. He was rude, patronizing and petty, boasting about his bikes and experience and putting me down at every opportunity. I don’t know much about bikes but I don’t pretend to. I had a few questions about parts I needed and he was just brutal.
Maybe he was having a bad day, I don’t know. I’ve been in there several times with my other bike and he’s been fine, even borderline friendly, but this time around, he acted like a real jerk. I couldn’t wait to get out of there and left mad, without the parts I’d come for.
I want to like and support these guys because they’re my local shop but I won’t set foot in this place again. There are other stores in the area that will gladly take my money and treat me with a little respect while they’re at it.
