I should have check the review before I got in. However, I have no other choice by then. The old lady’s attitude and english are very very bad as hell. I felt afraid to tell her whichever she didnt do well. I really wish I didnt tips on her so she might think everything is fine. IF Anyone wants go facing to someone in 1hr+ and in a bad atmosphere to finish ur nail in a not really professional way, PLS go ahead.

very very bad service, I don’t ever recall having such bad service ever at a nail salon. The lady told me that my little service would cost me $ 5.00 and when I went to the counter they had me pay $ 25.00. I don’t wish them well in their business and hope that they lose their business soon.

I entered Ladanalds Nails shortly past 2 p.m. one day to get a shellac manicure. I had a business meeting at 4 p.m. at a coffee shop that was around a 10-minute-walk away, so I knew I had plenty of time to get to my meeting on time. The salon was relatively empty, so one of the female employees(who seemed to be an owner) immediately started working on my nails. She was almost completely finished at 3:15 p.m. when the male owner of the salon arrived, took a look at my nails, and appeared to tell the woman to stop working on them(they were speaking Vietnamese to each other, which I don’t speak). The male owner then began the long process of removing the polish. My nails looked fine to me, but when I asked him to give me a reason for why he had to start them all over again, he mumbled something incoherent and brushed me off. Throughout the process of repainting my nails, the male owner was rude and brusque to me. I told him when he started on my nails that I had a meeting to get to at 4 p.m. However, he kept dismissing me, and at one point even made a misogynistic remark by asking me if the meeting was with«my boyfriend.» I then told him it was a business meeting. The male owner finally finished my nails(which were worst than they were previously done by the woman) around 4:10 p.m. and said, «See? Only 10 minutes late,» as if my meeting was unimportant. When I went up to the cash register to pay, I used my debit card. The debit machine wasn’t working, so he told me to use the ATM to take out cash. I refused because I did not want to pay an ATM fee just because the salon’s machine was broken(which is not my fault/problem). The male owner then offered to let me pay«no tax,» which is illegal. I had no choice to comply because I didn’t want to pay the ATM fee and I was running late for my business meeting. This was the worst service I have ever encountered at a nail salon, and I am appalled by its illegal business practices. Definitely avoid this place.

Tried to make this place my go-to nail salon. I experienced my gel nails flying off at the most random times. Unprofessional french manicures — I could have done a better job. I won’t be back. Typical cash only business.

I went here to get my nails done as a treat from my girlfriends before we went out for my birthday. Location was picked due to the fact we could get in from my friend’s condo building without going outside. It was a Saturday night, and the place was PACKED. Thank goodness we didn’t have coats because it was sweltering in there. We had an appointment and were taken promptly, which was good because a few people walked in while we were in there and were turned away. The guy did a really good job on my nails, and lots of other girls were getting theirs shellacked. They tried to push that on me(in the middle of my treatment) and though I was interested, I just didn’t have time that night. I would definitely go back for a mani or a pedi — they have those nice massage chairs for pedicures — but it is definitely an everyday pedicure sort of place as opposed to a «Calgon, take me away!» place. But for $ 17 for a manicure with tip, I’m not complaining.
