I would completely agree with the terrible reviews below. I had a very bad experience myself. The old woman helped me purchase pantyhose. I was happily shopping when she insisted on helping me find the «right» colour and told me that the one I had chosen was too dark for me. Given that she works there I assumed she knew what she was doing and took her advice, especially since there is no option to try on. When I went home and tried on the pantyhose it was at least 5 shades lighter than my skin. I went back to the store to try and exchange it for a darker colour and the same old woman refused to take it back. They have terrible customer service. Do yourself a favour and don’t shop at this location and definitely do not talk to the old woman who is quite aggressive in trying to «help». I will never shop here again, and probably will never shop at legs beautiful again due to the bad experience. I hope they get kicked out because they don’t belong in Yorkville!

There’s a reason this place has a low rating. Legs Beautiful is a franchise or chain, but each location orders and manages their own inventory so avoid this Cumberland location, and do yourself a favour and shop at a different store location. This particular location doesn’t have a great selection, they repackage and re-​sell a lot of their display items which I find annoying to sift through, and they do not refund you even if you bring back their merchandise unopened and packaging in pristine condition. I am extremely annoyed at having made a purchase here and being told «store credit only, and ONLY at this location.» I am dreading going back just to spend my store credit on something there.

Buyer beware. Bought a pair of $ 52.00 spanx tights and when I got home I tried them on and there was a hole in them.
I called the store right away and brought them in the next day.
The woman was so rude and she even suggested I wore them. I was so shocked and offended.
I will never ever shop at this store again.
Terrible customer service.

Just bought a pair of Body Wrap Shapewear yesterday after trying on a whole bunch at The Bay earlier. I specifically explained to the sales lady (older lady) that I needed something that wouldn’t cut into my belly and make a muffin top, as the dress I’ll be wearing will show this. She told me that it WOULD NOT do that and if they did then no one would look good in them! She went on saying how much people love them, etc. They were $ 42 and the sale was final, but I did not feel like walking back to The Bay so I bought them based on her confidence that I would be happy.
Got home, tried them on over my own underwear, and they are sooo uncomfortable. They were too tight and made a line across my belly where it made a slight muffin top. The sizing chart said this size was appropriate for me, so I don’t know why. The top of them is much higher than the underwear I was wearing so I know it had nothing do with wearing them underneath.
I called the lady back the next morning, she happened to be the manager, and explained that I understood that it’s a final sale but would she be able to make an exception since tags are still on and unworn. She apologized that they weren’t good but refused to take them back. I told her from now on she shouldn’t tell customers that they totally flatten the belly, as others women may get in the same situation. She proceeded to kick me off the phone by saying she needed the line to make another cc transaction and then hung up on me!
I really should have walked 5 minutes back to The Bay where they have excellent service AND let you try stuff on, especially expensive undergarments.

their stuff is always expensive the staff are always unfriendly

I wandered through here the other day with a couple of ladies as we were trying to kill some time. This store has more pantyhose in one place than I have ever seen in my life.
Since I was really just loitering while the ladies were shopping I don’t really have anything else to add that would be of pertinent value.
