Lindsay Laundromat

so clean so good! great take out food! yummy yummy in my tummy!

Lindsay Laundromat is a small operation a little south of Bloor. They happen to be located directly across the street from our home.
We do not take our laundry there, however, for two simple reasons:
1) Their largest machines are double loaders. (They… might have a triple? I can’t recall. I don’t believe so.)
2) They are .75c more expensive — PER WASH — than our preferred laundromat, H&H, with no noticeable difference in quality. I don’t recall what they charge for drying services, but it can’t top the .25c = 6 minutes that H&H provides.
There’s nothing wrong with the service — it’s perfectly fine — they’re just more expensive and less efficient due to a smaller operation.
On the plus side they have snacks if you’re peckish while waiting.
On the downside, Holy Oak isn’t right across the street. No $ 2 Americano’s while you wait.
I do love their website, though… it’s so damn charming!
