Styles itself as «Gourmet Mac N Cheese» but is an unfortunate let down. Bland cheese sauce sparingly spooned over reheated dollar store macaroni with crushed chips on top does not«gourmet» make. Friendly service let down by bland food and a strangely kitschy 70s menu. Until that Mac gets some oven-lovin’ and some seasoning I’d save your appetite. Could be so much better than it is :(

Had to take part in a film on Dundas West yesterday and snacked on a cone of the best mac n cheese ever at this little hole in the wall — or better put, lovely and charming converted container crate. Beautifully served, and the spicing was just right, making an old comfort food come alive. And the overall Market 707 is a wonderful eg of creating opportunities for creative chefs and others to show what they can do when someone gives them a break with rent and creating a community feel –wayne r
