I bought a Groupon and they ask you to book online. There was no couples option for online booking (aside from no days available because apparently they only work four days a week) so I emailed them. Days go by and I did not get a response. I called several times and the voicemail was full. One time, someone did answer, as if it was a pocket call/​answer and then they hung up on me. Even though it was past the refund date, Groupon refunded my purchase with a credit. Better than having to deal with people who clearly do not want your business!

The quality of the massage was good but it was impossible to make an appointment. I booked appointments via their website and they were CANCELED FOUR TIMES. When I called the number on their website (the third time my appointment was canceled) to rebook the voicemail was full. So I emailed the massage therapist twice and did not hear back. I booked a fourth appointment via the website and it was canceled a fourth time. I wouldn’t recommend buying a massage from massage attraction through groupon because it is impossible to access the service you have paid for.
