Small location, limited seating. Food is fine, it’s a McDonald’s what do you expect. Service is decent

Convenient Macds located right next to Broadview station. Very very small seating area so this is really a take out only location. When I’ve gone service has been quick but I’ve never ordered anything elaborate(usually coffee or a junior cheese) and I’ve never used the washrooms. It’s nice that it’s open late so you can stand inside while waiting for the blue night after a long session at one of the local pubs.

As others have said, this is a very small and terrible McDonalds. My coffee was lukewarm, the fries they served looked old, seating is limited, you need to be buzzed into the bathroom(which was covered in puke this particular monday night). The only good thing is that they’re 24⁄7. But aren’t most mcdonalds?

It’s not a mcdonalds I’d sit down at. The crowd is mixed. Half of them are nice old greek/eastern europeans who spend all day there catching up on the local gossip. The other half are borderline/over the line crack heads. Just don’t go there after dark. The old people go away and sketchy people run the place. This McDonalds is the closest one to me so I end up going there regularly since they have dollar drink days on right now for the summer($ 1 any size soft drink or medium iced coffee). The staff is average speed for a McDonalds and the food is like any other McDonalds.

LAZY! HAPPYMEALTOY so I called to ask whether this location had the hello kitty toy with the hoola hoop. The man who answered the phone said«what number is it?». How on earth should I know what number it is? I asked if he could simply go check to see what toy they had. He wouldn’t. He then told me he had the #6 toy. So I went online to see if there was a «number» assigned to the hoola hoop toy. Of course there isn’t. I told him I didn’t know what the #6 toy was and asked him to look again. He finally did and then told me it was the snowflake one. Was it really that hard?

This is an odd location, sort of sandwiched in awkwardly. Little seating to speak of, and a giant pillar in the middle of the countertop area nicely obstructs your view of the menu board no matter where you’re standing. Not that it much matters anyhow — this is McDonald’s we’re talking about here. I’ve been here a couple times, and the quality is standard for McDonald’s, though definitely on the slow side — especially considering the ratio of people behind the counter to people in front of it. Service has, however, always been cheerful. Overall, it’s around a two and a half star experience — OK if nothing else is available — bumped up to a 3 because of the presence of the Big Xtra on the menu.
