I call ahead on a Saturday night to make sure that their icecream machine is up and running. I get there and I order 2 hot fudge sundaes with extra fudge. The order is taking forever to process, and they end up handing me these sundaes with the lids not on properly, with icecream way too cold and with nothing that resembles hot fudge.

I think this one of better looking and more organized, I use to go to this one alot when I was at York, which was a few years back since they they have renovated the counter to have a updated mccafe and the new treats as well as quick pay order screen, phase out the 4⁄5 cash register they had for one and another counter for pick up, give they have two machine and one cash now, I would think this place would get backed up with ordering but I guess the machine could make it quicker and convient.

I went to this location today with my daughter 3929 keele st. Toronto ontario m3j 1n6 place the order 5:04 and we got the food 5:30 nobody even bother ask us if we got our order. we got home ready to eat 1 item missing so we have to go back(wow amazing). Will not going back there.

No stars. Took me almost 15mins to get my order on drive through. Idk if they were short staffed or they are just slow. This is my second time at this location and have had horrible experience. If you are in a rush, just skip this McDonald’s and go to the next one. They need to step up their service not just their look.

This McDonalds was recently renovated and they offer an ample amount of seating. They also offer plenty of parking and drive through service. The subway construction makes it tricky to get here by car though. They also offer 10% discount for York University Students. So, if you are attending York University show your ID.
