Totally agree with Gillian — the sales women at the Yonge street store are amazing. So helpful. They pull together outfits I would never come up with. Yes, the pieces are expensive, but they are quality and the service is outstanding.

I love this place! The girls who work here are friendly, knowledgeable and can pick out cute outfits for any occasion! They’ve helped me build a professional wardrobe and to buy cute outfits for going out.
It is pricey, but the stuff you get here will last a really long time and still look great. I’ve been shopping here for ten years and it’s the place i go if i need help finding an outfit. They’re like my «What Not to Wear» stylists who help me try on cute outfits that i might not have otherwise picked out.

I couldn’t help but be interested in MS’s review, since Merrygoround sounded EXCEPTIONALLY bad.
I wasn’t sure what kind of business Merrygoround was, what services or products they offered. It’s a women’s clothing store.
I just called them, and braced myself for the harshest meanest dragons to have ever answered the phone, but they… seemed ok. I HAD to rate the place, so I gave them 3 stars, for their decent phone service.
I don’t think I’ll be able to go there myself to experience any taste that MS had of the store.
Luckily, I found the person who answered the phone at the store, to be nice/​friendly. Maybe MS just met the wrong salesperson, or caught that person on an awful day???

btw, I wanted not to type a review, but to respond to MS’s review. I think it’s awesome that you’ve now joined the Unilocal league.
I trust that there are going to be plenty of businesses out there, vying for some positive feedback from you — since this will translate to free positive publicity, for them.
Wishing MS better service, elsewhere.
(Maybe she should contact the store mgr??)
