Took my phone(Sony Xperia Z3) in on Tuesday at 6:15pm. They were closing and it takes roughly 1 – 2 hours to fix, as per their website. I went there the following day to find my phone repaired, looking and feeling brand new. I’m sorry other patrons have not had the best experience here but in my opinion they were very professional, polite, and provided outstanding customer service. I even took a few of their business cards so I can recommend them to some accident prone friends. Ming wireless, you did an amazing job! Thank you so much!

I hate this place. The woman is a miserable person. All the comments from others about this horrible place are all true. Hey lady maybe if you smiled and told the truth of the actual cost of repairs maybe you would get a positive review. Stay away and spend your money elsewhere that has actual customer service. I wish I could give this place a big fat O!

In response to Ming’s reply, I believe I was there on Thursday, Sept 17, around 2:00 p.m.But I have never seen a different person at the counter– has always been the same woman anytime I have been in. As for returning, I appreciate your effort to rectify. The current issue has been dealt with, I will try again next time.

I dropped my Blackberry Torch and shattered the glass touch surface(LCD underneath was fine). Cost $ 75 to replace the glass and has been working great for over a year.

I took my Blackberry Bold 9000 here to have the LCD replaced(I dropped it). The repair was $ 100. Like most of these poorly run sketchy electronics shops the price varies depending on who you talk to, what time of day it is, the colour of your shoes and whatever other variables they have incorporated into their pricing model because I was quoted $ 90 on the phone. When I drew their attention to this oversight the response was a blank stare and, «No! $ 100 for LCD» So I had it replaced since I had already walked all the way there from work and needed it done. I picked it up the next day and all was fine. However, when I got back to work and put it on my desk I noticed I couldn’t see the screen when it was laying flat. Clearly they had replaced the LCD with non-OEM standard equipment and as a result the LCD appeared cloudy when the viewing angle was too severe. Then a few weeks later I was carry my BB around in my back pocket AS I ALWAYSDO(and still do with my new current BB) while doing some things around the house. The screen turned all white– from the«pressure of being in my pocket», I was told. I tried to explain they used an inferior LCD and that the LCD was the problem but again, the blank confused stare and«NO! You break LCD.» Had they replaced it with a quality part that could handle a bit of use this wouldn’t have happened and I could have gone on using it the way I used to use it. They refused to honour the warranty. The cherry on top was when they offered to replace it for a fee… $ 90.
