If I can give them no stars, I would. Horrible customer service. I’ve been trying to book since last November with a crappy online system, no one answers the phone and no call-backs. A couple of weeks ago, they emailed me with news that their online booking system has been improved and to try again. This time my booking was confirmed and a therapist was«called». No one showed up for the scheduled appointment, no phone calls, no contact information — nothing! I tried calling customer service but of course, they close at 6 — time of my appointment. Complete waste of time. I have demanded a refund. The business model totally fails. Mobile spa elite continue to pump out these $ 29 massage deals on group purchase sites but they obviously do not have the resources to support their offers. Their massage therapists are all freelancers so the only value that this company brings is in their booking and customer service. So when they suck at the only job they have… how does this company expect to sustain itself? Save yourself the time and energy to fight for a refund… avoid this company.

I purchased two vouchers for two one-hour in home massage on LivingSocial. When I went online to book, the website asked me to pay a mandatory gratuity of $ 18 per person(total of $ 36). I went back to my voucher which the small print read«Gratuity not included; please tip on the pre-discounted total». What this reads to me is that gratuity is still at my discretion. Why are they asking me to pay a $ 36 tip when I don’t even know if the service is going to be good or not? Ridiculous! I think they are trying to rob me blind and play me for a fool! What is happening with the service industrial in Canada???

4 months of attempts to reach them is an unreasonable amount of time to wait. They are basically a booking service to massage therapists. They don’t return emails or calls. I bet they do reach a percentage of clients within a time that they think is reasonable. I imagine that many return their vouchers after they realize that they may not be called back ever, or after they see only bad reviews… Think twice before buying a promotional«voucher» for them from«Teambuy, Groupon, WagJag, DealTicker, Swarmjam, LivingDeal, LivingSocial, DealFind… ect, ect…» Get my point? They are basically on a permanent rotation with these desperate deal companies that would sell their souls before they turned down a mediocre, questionable, poorly reviewed business to represent. Buyer Beware. Proceed with Caution. Edit: Someone from this company sent me a message to offer a free massage. While this is a great gesture I cannot change or remove the review. I have added a star for the response.
