Let’s be honest: this is not a restaurant you’d go to if you weren’t at Pearson’s terminal 1, US gates. That said, because I fly frequently, I’ve found to find this spot to be comfy and familiar, and if I’m not in a hurry I stop in for coffee and breakfast, or lunch and an especially overpriced beer. The service is largely nominal and perfunctory, but even if it’s not friendly, it’s fast and considerate of the fact you might be in a hurry to catch a flight. I appreciate that. The food is nothing exciting, but it’s passable. Breakfast is hard to mess up, so I always enjoy that. The burgers and sandwiches are decent. Perhaps the best part is that it’s large and comfortable. If you’ve got time to kill, it’s as good a place as any to hide out

Terrible, they called it breakfast! $ 12.00 for 3 hard eggs w/pieces of what some call bacon, also came w/a cold small piece of peameal bacon, gross. Waiter asked if I wanted fruit instead of homefries, that was a $ 3 option, no even fresh fruit oh don’t forget $ 3 for a small coffee, 3 eggs, 3 pieces of bacon &1 coffee was $ 23.00, NEVERAGAIN will I eat here

Located in Terminal 1, this is an unremarkable place. Ordered the signature burger and wasn’t impressed at all… There really isn’t anything signature about it… Not sure if I like the onion rings as a burger topping either. The service, on the other hand, was pleasant and timely. If you are boarding at gates 90 and above, there is another sandwich place there which, I’m sure, isn’t much better or worse.

Oh, Molson Pub. You are the lesser of all evils at the Toronto Airport. Are you looking for moderately tasty, relatively expensive food? You’ve come to the right place! To be fair, you _are_in an airport and your other options are Starbucks and a sandwich place, soooo… eat up. The portions are generous, the waitress attentive enough. And if you’ve had a hell of a time getting the to the airport, it looks like the bar is open all day long. Yowza. The good: food that will fuel your transcontinental flight. The bad: they try to get you with the bottled water at the table. Don’t drink it unless you want to be gouged.

***This nice looking pub operates out of Terminal 1 at Toronto Pearson International Airport; I had the fish and chips; I was excited to try fried fish with haddock, but the fish was quite dry and the fries were limp from sitting around too long; service was also too slow for an airport restaurant and prices were too high*** This airport eatery is located past security so it is only open to air travelers; I am not sure what the parking situation is, but I imagine parking at this airport is expensive like other major airports.

Stopped in after a 6 hour flight from London. Got the Braised Short Rib Pappardelle. Everything in the dish was good EXCEPT for the short ribs. If those were braised, they weren’t braised long enough. They were tough and full of inedible gristle and connective tissue that should have broken down with proper braising. I should have been able to shred the meat with a fork, yet I struggled to cut it with a knife. One piece had a hunk of bone still on it! Considering it cost CAN $ 23 it should have been better. My wife got the chicken fingers which were excellent. Crispy breading and juicy chicken. She also got the butternut squash soup which was ok. Worth eating but not spectacular. Although the popcorn it came with was unseasoned. MIGHTBEWORTH A TRIPTOFORSOMETHINGOTHER A BRAISEDPRODUCTAS I DON’t think they know what the word means.

Terrible non-existent rude service that magically disappears after your order is delivered, leaving you to hunt them down to ask for your bill, which will take an additional 20 minutes to deliver. Worst overcooked«medium» steak I’ve ever had. Couldn’t find my waitress to complain about it either. Had to warn the customer sitting at the table next to mine to not use the cutlery, as they fell on the floor and we’re put back in place. Avoid this one, and opt for another restaurant in the airport. Disgusting.

Excellent service on a quiet Thursday. Had delicious special order of romaine chicken salad with lemon vinaigrette. Best fresh salad I had on an airport for a while!

Worst airport restaurant. Very very very slow service, so unless you’ve got time to kill, do not go here. Not to mention, servers are not friendly whatsoever! They forgot my drink order and I had to ask numerous times for some utensils. Ordered a salmon salad and literally it was a couple pieces of lettuce, 10 pomegranate seeds and a salty, burnt salmon on top… So disappointed!

Service is lacking!!! They come and leave, having you only to wait if they ever come back to your table. Word of advice: don’t get their steak and mushroom pie. It’s basically a bowl gravy with little bits of 3 mushrooms and pieces of beef, topped with a scoop of mash potatoes. It was disgusting! Go here only if you have to!!!

This place has typical airport pub fare. The food is mediocre and the servers are the worst. Mine, brought my cousin and I bacon cheeseburgers for two vegetarians and blamed us for asking for them. Not once, not twice and in our face. Peter was his name and he is not a pleasant man!

Two star for great beer and service. Do not get the pork chop. Mine was half fat and I could not cut it with the butter knife they gave me. French Onion Soup cold and right out of a can, cheese was a little better than chewing gum after chewing it for half hour, but with LESS taste. But since this is you only choice, your screwed. Better just to eat outside the airport. Edit — just got the bill, premium glass of beer is $ 10? Wtf? This place sucks arse.

Not sure what to make of this place. On the one hand, I chose this place over apropos, since it seemed not down to earth. The fact that it was packed could potentially have been a good thing. On the other hand, they were running WAY behind in service. It took me close to an hour to get a pretty simple order(Poutine & iced tea). The guy was running all over the place, and I had to flag someone else down even for a menu — and he initially forgot the fork. It took a firm reminder that my flight was more important than the Poutine for him to check up on the order(which mysteriously showed up in less than a minute). And no, I didn’t order a Molson’s. I’ve had a poor experience with Coors light, so the fact that Molson’s is now owned by Coors is less than encouraging.

Located within the departures area of Pearson International Airport, this is the spot where you stop because there is literally nothing else to do, and no where else to go while you wait for your flight. Sure it bares Molson’s name, but… meh. I’ve eaten here a few times and I feel having another Mill St brew pub here would be a much better choice(I still can never find it when I’m walking through Pearson… I’ll get it soon). As for the fare, I’d say it’s forgettable to be honest. I’ve had breakfast on my way to Chicago here… Pass… and a Caesar with a French Onion soup on my way to SFO… OK. Due to the scarcity of cooked food options in the terminal this little meal comes at an elevated price tag — you know the perfect way to start you trip by emptying your wallet before getting on the plan :-/ I can’t dog the place too much more, having a drink here is better than staring at people in the boarding are of the terminal waiting to be let on the plane. If you’re gonna stop, buy a few pitchers with your friends and wait for you flight to be called to board.

It was 8pm on a Saturday night, and we had 55 minutes before our flight boarded, and I was craving a beer and a snack. Molson Pub was literally the only place in the terminal that fit the bill, and when we got there at 8pm it was fairly dead, although there were a few tables occupied. They seemed annoyed we were there(and were somewhat vocal about that), and had trouble seating us because they were setting up for breakfast– even though they don’t stop serving til 9. I ordered a beer, a burger, and a pretzel. I asked for the burger without thousand island dressing and I wasn’t asked how I wanted my burger cooked. My beer came after 5 minutes. Then we sat and waited. Around 8:30, our waiter could tell we were getting agitated and he said it would be 2 more minutes. Around 8:35, we finally got our food. Upon food arrival, I had to hand my credit card to our waiter and ask for the pretzel to be packaged right away to take with us. The two of us then ate the burger as fast as possible. Of course, it had dressing on it– the one thing I did specify it not to have. I scraped off the dressing and the burger was pretty good, but the french fries were incredibly bland, even after adding lots of salt and pepper. While eating, one of the bartenders behind the bar was icing her forehead and crying, which was a little awkward. We managed to get out of the place just 5 minutes before our flight started boarding, and I’m not sure my stomach appreciated eating half a burger in 5 minutes. The waiter never really sincerely apologized for the wait or asked us when our flight was when it became clear we were worried about time. The one redeeming quality of this place was the pretzel with the spicy mustard– awesome. I just wish I had time to enjoy it with my beer.

This is your airport bar in Terminal 1 if you’re flying internationally. The servers are a little too slow considering everyone is on a deadline, but other than that it’s a totally reasonable place for a drink and some supper. They have Bloody Caesars with celery and their pot pie is more like cheese chicken soup with a biscuit on top. Oddly, I like this. PEPPERPLANS to leave Canada any moment. Word.

I was recently in Toronto for business and was stuck in the airport for a couple of hours before my flight. It was dinner time and I needed some grub! Aside from Starbucks and a few random food places in Terminal 1, Molson’s is literally the only place in Terminal 1 that looked decent(plus they have adult beverges). it was about 6PM and there was a short line for a seat. With a lot of people traveling on business, this place was quite single diner friendly. Space is a limited inside; so, if you have a few carry on’s, be mindful of where you place your stuff. I was quickly seated(after 5 minutes standing in line) right by the bar, behind a row of high tops. The menu was pretty straight forward and I ordered up a tall Molson’s and the All Canadian Burger(with classic fries). The turn around on food wasn’t bad, about a 15 minute wait; which I suspect wasn’t bad since there was now a line of about 15 people waiting to grab a bite or a beer before their flight out. The burger showed up and was topped with peameal bacon, topped with onion and tomato, put on top of a bed of shredded lettuce. The burger was fine and had a smokey sauce laced on the bottom bun. The fries were simply fries :-) My meal set me back $ 30CA(with tip) and the service was alright(could’ve been quicker!). If all that stands between you and getting aboard your flight home, then stop at Molson’s for a half way decent burger and a tall glass of the good stuff.

Unfortunately, the Canada to US terminal has little to be desired in the way of food but really? This place is overpriced and has barely edible bar food. I got the beef and mushroom pie but it tasted like the gravy and mashed potatoes were both made from powders. I was barely satisfied after I finished eating. I’d recommend going down the way to Tim Horton’s because you will bet a better sandwich there than at this place and for a quarter of the price. That’s what I did..

I ate here on Monday night with my girlfriend for dinner. It was the only real sit down place in terminal F although there were a few faster options. The décor of the place was pretty cool with some signed maple leaf sticks and also pictures of lacrosse and hockey. The place was packed whenever we sat down and nearly empty when we left. It was frustrating to see people who sat after us get their food quicker even if you knew they had an earlier flight. For dinner I decided to get the fish and chips while my girlfriend had the chicken ciabatta. The fish came out warm as did the fries although I can’t say that there was much flavor to either. I ended up getting some hot sauce(it was weird to receive franks lime red hot) and dousing it on everything that I ate. My girlfriend also put some on her chicken but said her sweet potato fries were good. The bottom line for me is that I will not be headed back here in the future. I know it’s the only real sit down place in Terminal F but I found it overpriced and not too good.

The 2nd star was for the service. The bartenders were quite pleasant and attentive. There was a time when I thought burgers were supposed to taste charred and lifeless. There was also a time when I though all beer tasted like crap and why would I ever want to drink it. Fortunately, those times are past me. Unfortunately, Molson Pub rocketed me right back to those years. I pulled up at the bar stool and ordered a Rickard’s Red. This beer seemed to be the only thing they had that would have any semblance of flavor at all. The other selections were molson, coors light and heineken. The menu is small and I went for the burger. I had been traveling all day and was pretty hungry. I opted for just cheddar and skipped the back bacon and thousand island dressing. I also opted for the sweet potato fries. I did ask for the burger medium rare. What came out was basically a hockey puck. I know they love that sport of here but don’t take it out on your poor frozen patties. The bun was very large, the lettuce was mushy and the tomato had definitely seen better days. The sweet potato fries had a similar preparation, from the freezer to the fryer. I’ve definitely had tasty food in airports before. Unfortunately, this place didn’t dish it out. As one of the only options in this entire terminal(Terminal F) you’d be better off with something from Starbucks.
