I have been here many times and leave with very happy feet! The venue is clean, the people giving massages are professional and can adjust pressure levels easily. I recommend coming here if you had a hard workout or work on your feet… The prices are so reasonable and worth it!

I had an amazing reflexology treatment from Susan and so I booked a facial for the next day with Jean. Jean is a butcher. I left the treatment room after 20 minutes. The treatment hurt and when she said«the red» would go away in a couple of days I asked to see a mirror. She resisted at first and then I saw the«red». It was blood She was using a pin to puncture white heads as part of the extraction. I dont have bad complexion and I have many facials at other professional spas, but never this treatment. I felt uncomfortable and unsafe. Beware. I took a photograph but not on facebook so cannot post it.

first time getting a pedi in toronto, great location! they were able to take my friend and i although we called only two hours ahead(we called on a sunday). the lady who took care of me(Jean) took her time and the water was very nice and warm and a nice arch massage came along during my pedicure! she gave me the option to use two tools to remove the dead skin and she was mindful of the blisters i had on my toes. will most def come back!

Selfish, cheap, bad-tempered owner who likes to hide dagger behind a smile!

i used to go here alot, but the service is hit and miss… i also really hate the owner. i think he’s basically running a sweatshop… i stopped going when a former employee told me they frequently have their tips and wages stolen by the owner. the srvices felt alot better before i knew that.

BOTTOMLINE: One of the few places I’ve gone back to even after my insurance coverage has maxed out. Massages need not be a luxurious pamper-yoself activity with accordingly high prices, though it sometimes feels that way. I’ve been looking for a reasonably-priced foot and body massage place for a while to no avail. It’s particularly frustrating when in Asia you can find tons of them all over the place, even in subway stations, but I suppose the market has spoken here(and North America for that matter). Just so you’re aware, New Feet provides«Tuina», a chinese-style massage that I prefer over other types(like the Swedish deep-tissue ones, etc.). I’ve only tried their foot and body massages here and can speak to the consistency and ability in their service. They’re priced lower than many other places(read: reasonably) though not at the expense of polite staff or clean facilities. They offer you fresh loose-leaf tea. The receptionist can speak English though your mileage may vary with other practitioners — this shouldn’t be a deterrent though. They also have great cash prices and promotions so keep that in mind. What you won’t get are any saunas or pools, and they’re not catering to a fancy clientele. That’s not a knock, but Unilocalers should be aware.

I love it here. Every service is good. The people performing the services don’t speak much english, but they seem knowledgeable and take their time. The prices are really reasonable. I never had much experience with reflexology, but after coming here once to try it out I’ve been coming back for that and the«body treatments» i.e. massages. Tip: bring cash.

I came here with a groupon for a 60-mins. reflexology massage for $ 30. They have been open for a few months now and are on the 2nd floor of a building connected to Fresh, steps from the Bloor/Spadina subway station — very convenient. My partner and I had a nice, relaxing experience here. We reserved ahead, which is recommended, although they do take walk-ins. They had a private room for us, which was really nice. Service was excellent and very courteous. The staff are mostly Mandarin-speaking, but the place a welcoming even if you aren’t. They started with tea or cold water and there are your usual fashion magazines to peruse. First, you soak your feet and get a shoulder/neck massage for ~15 mins. Then you get the foot reflexology treatment and finally, they wrap your feet in hot towels. Ahhh… I have gone for foot massages in Hong Kong and this was similar. The pressure was lighter(which I liked), but you can always ask them to adjust it to your liking. They even give you a sheet which had a diagram of the feet and a guide to the different pressure points. The facilities are really clean and well-kept. They also offer facials, waxing, mani-pedis, and full body massages. The 60 mins. reflexology treatment we got is supposedly $ 60, but is on «sale» for $ 40(I wonder if it is one of those places where things are always on «sale» to make you feel that you are getting a better deal?). In any case, the pricing is quite competitive compared to similar places in Chinatown. Apparently, for a fee, they can come to your home! I would definitely come back again when in need of some R&R. They are open every day 10am-9pm except Christmas Day.
