Worst customer service ever!
This place has one of the worst customer service that I have experienced. They are rude and inefficient.
On one day I came to pick to up my pants that I had given for hemming. The owner was arguing with another customer. According the customer, she had butchered his very expensive suit that he have for dry cleaning. She totally ignored him and came to help me. I felt bad for the guy as he wasn’t finished and felt infuriated.
The pants that I picked up were not hemmed properly and hems came off within a wear. When I complained, she simply ignored me and said she can’t do anything.
On another instance, I went to ask for price for dry cleaning a jacket and when I told the owner it was too high, she said that I could take my business elsewhere.
They are never getting my business again and I would never recommend them to anyone

Great Service, quick and sometimes same-​day cleaning. For YEARS I’ve dropped off over 10 dress shirts and 2 suits every 2 weeks, picking them up within 3 – 4 days.
