I received an blast about a promotion they we’re having on injectables. The woman on the phone had no clue about thew promotion and my questions about the prices and syringes. She sad someone will call me back the next day. No one ever called. I called back the following week, left a message, never heard back. Then I called a 3rd time and spoke to another woman, who could not tell me the actual prices and what exactly is being promoted. We spoke for about 20 min with nothing actually being accomplished. She said the prices vary, I was very direct about what product I wanted and how much I needed. I wanted to at least make an appointment to come in, consultation and go from there. She said someone will call me back tomorrow to book me in. Again, no one called! I was beginning to doubt the fact this clinic actually exists. I have never experienced such bad customer service before. They will never build a decent clientele behaving like this. I would never trust these people with my face. Avoid at all costs.

I have to disagree with earlier review. Firstly, lets assume that if you’re reading this, you probably bought a discounted cosmetic treatment off Groupon or similar. This is how New You and other med spas do a lot of their business, and also how many people do a lot of their ‘enhancements.’ If you’ve bought a Groupon before, you’re probably used to being up-sold and pressured to buy extra units. Most of these«spas»(lol) sell a discounted treatment on the assumption that most purchasers will have to top up to suit their needs. So, you go in prepared for an up-sell. This is the ONE«spa» where i haven’t dealt with an up-sell. Mind you, I bought 40 units and not 20. The nurse’s own idea was to use less than 40. They keep the rest on file so you can come back(and then they up-sell you? lol). I was very pleased with that experience. I felt like I was treated with total professionalism and dignity. The front desk secretary, however, is another story. Completely unorganized and not professional. Also there seem to be one or two women with unclear job positions who do the«consult» with you and then suggest other services(of COURSE!). This was pretty weird. However, there isn’t pressure to buy and they let you know about discounts. There is also a distinct Aging Yorkville vibe in here. Lots of talk about nightclubs and business men and bottle service between early-middle aged staff and a male customer. So, that was a combination of entertaining and off-putting. I think the moral of the story here is that if you buy Groupon, expect a classic Groupon experience. Definition: your mileage may vary.
