I implore you to read the 73+ not recommended reviews to get a real sense of this franchise, because the couple ‘positive’ reviews are bogus or written by an employee! Across the board, customer complaints are high and for valid reasons. Anything else depicting so called great services and professional staff is an inaccurate portrayal of what actually occurs within this scheming business!

The first time I came here was because I had a Wag Jag coupon for some sort of injectables. My dirty little secret is that I’ve been squirting botulism into the number elevens between my eyebrows for a few years now. My forehead used to look like a double ass crack but now it is soft and smooth, more or less. I no longer have a resting bitch face but! I do like to keep some faint furrows for that natural look. I am a Lady of a Certain Age and I’m okay with that. Cougar LIfe, it’s happening. I don’t want to look like I’m made out of wax and desperation like any given Real Housewife of LaWherever but I don’t want to look like a distressed leather bag from a kiosk on the lower level of the mall either. So, 5 years ago, I put on my big girl pants and started getting«treatments» now instead of consulting Cosmo’s cheap and cheerful beauty tips by smearing yoghurt or your dad’s jizm on my face. I love this place. The people who work here are sooooo nice. The best part is that they are on top of all the latest trends and will keep you posted when they have specials going on. I’ve had a Vampire Lift… google that and be amazed! The other day I had a treatment called EndyMed which is a machine thing that delivers RF energy, don’t ask me how but it tightens the baggy skin and improves the skin over time. This is not sorcery, it’s actual science. Also the aesthetician, Connie, has hands like an angel with the softest downiest wings. Sometimes when you go to nice spa places like this, you feel like a giant awkward furry beast but never here because everyone is so warm and welcoming. I’m ready for my close up, Mr. DeMille.

Went on for a consultation today. I wasn’t exactly impressed with the salesperson’s interpersonal skills, to day the least: I wanted some information regarding what each procedure/service consisted of, in terms of pricing and also durability. seeing a Botox doesn’t last more than a month with me. I found her dismissive and rude: she gave me a folder brochure and gave me a brush off«take a look and let us know what you are interested in». and actually answered an other call, and started talking to someone else on the phone while i was still in the office. How rude!!! I guess at that point, I wasn’t buying anything today, so I wasn’t of much interest to her anymore, I suppose. As well. plenty of other places in this city offering the exact same services.

New You is terrible. They book appointments and cancel because they are either A. Overbooked or B. don’t have someone working the day they booked you. I have been trying to get in for 2.5 months and they have called me the day before FOUR times to reschedule. It’s completely unprofessional. They have no idea how to run a business. Also, the services are not that great and they are constantly trying to sell you something. It’s run by selling Groupons and it all feels like a scam. Do not go here.

Yonge/Davisville location. I have not had treatment here. I came here for a free consultation for laser hair removal. I spoke with the manager, Natasha, who is very personable and knowledgeable about the company’s products and services. The consultation lasted a full 30 minutes, which I thought was a perfect amount of time for all of my questions. I did not feel rushed at all or as if I was taking up her time(like at some other spas I’ve visited). During the consultation, I received a lot of info about the treatment, risks and before and after care, but felt the slightest bit of upselling with some company skin care products, mainly because of the name-dropping during the conversation(although I’ve heard that this is common in the spa/beauty industry). The only reason why I didn’t choose this spa is because I prefer other laser hair removal machines, ones that this spa did not offer. But all in all I was very pleased with the spa’s location, appearance, friendliness of the receptionists, and the consultation with the general manager.
