I walked in this store more than once and it always shady but putting that a side they have great prices on electronics I was mostly interested on their phone prices they claim to be open box never used. After I played with the device in my hand i could see the phone was refurbished they had the stickers on the display and on the phones for the device making it seem brand new but when i open the back and looked in the battery area it was obviously Refurbished after this i got skeptical on whether to buy it or not, I decide on buying it. I bought 2 Samsung S3 that were unlocked from them seven months ago the price was great that the time. I had to go back with both S3 because one had a fault battery it wasn’t keeping the charge and other I dropped and broke the LCD. I was still on the 90 days warranty they replaced the faulty battery for free and i had to buy an LCD from them and they installed it for me. Since then no problem the phones work great no problem at all. This store was great. I am thinking of going back there to upgrade my phone after I sell it. If you are looking for unused phones or brand new one I wouldn’t recommend this store, as far as i can tell most of the stuff they have are refurbished. Norris Extension is more of a place if you want to save some cash on electronics and don’t mind it’s refurbished.

I have been in this store and personally seen shady business going on behind the counter. Two street kids came in with a duffle bag filled with, I assume stolen merchandise. The dude behind the counter gave them what looked like 40.00 for the bags contents and they were on their way. I also bought an iPhone 4s Rogers and they said it came with a 90 day coverage from Apple. I checked the IMEI out on the apple site and the coverage had expired months ago. Careful when you spend money at this store, you are probably purchasing merchandise that has«fallen off a truck».

Terrible experience:(… I am agreed they have a lots of handy stuff for good price, but customer service and attitude just terrible… They advertised broken iPad glass repair, and it was reasonable price for after market glass $ 50. So I trusted to repair, they promised warranty as well. It took a week, screen was wavy and scratched, which is understandable, but the problem was that WiFi wasn’t working after all. When I came back and told about problem they pretend they are all busy first, sending to different reps, and keep discussing about me in their native language. Definitely nobody want take responsibility for that. Finally another guy looking like just a friend of someone shows up and all together they told me they only«took out glass and put it back», no excuses or even trying to check if it’s their fault or not. So they told me they can fix it for extra $ 40. and second later was busy with another customers, like I don’t even exist there. Completely unprofessional. First thing I been asked when I called professional Apple service after this, was if I «replaced screen before». They fix it for me for another $ 75, and told me that WiFi antenna was completely ripped off and people who repair screen, shouldn’t be in business at all… I am agree, I am in electronic business as well and know well about iPads and service, so had no doubt in a first place the antenna was damaged. They took no effort even politely speak and help, just«get lost» attitude…

Cheap electronics«stuff» from tv’s to audio cables. Really fair prices. I bought something from future shop down the street and they tried to sell me an HDMI cable for $ 35. Noori had an almost identical one for 6.99. It’s generally worth it to check here before buying any cable or adapter you might need. They’ve got a great selection of all kinds of weird stuff. I haven’t bought a phone from them, though they sell lots, so I can’t comment on that but they have lots of cellphone accessories and cases. Great little shop, I’m definitely a fan.

I was just in here last night and was quite impressed with the changes they have made. It looks like they’ve brought in some new racking and shelving and have organized the store. There’s less stuff scattered around the floor and the store has more of an open feel to it. Products are now properly priced and identified so you don’t have to open random boxed to find out what it inside.
