One word, horrible! Just because I don’t speak Portuguese don’t treat me like a tourist in my home town of Toronto! The two women that served me were horrendous! The service was brutal. I just wanted to get some take out and there was no one in the place. One of the girls was cutting up chickens while I was waiting to pay the other was on the phone. They were constantly talking to each other in Portuguese instead of serving me properly. Just a very bad experience.

Went here for dinner last night. Portions were gigantic(we both had the steak with egg and fries) and the appetizer bread was lovely. Only one complaint — food was insanely greasy. Like, blindingly glistening. But still tasty. Would go here again.

Tiny little restaurant at Dundas and Sheridan, if you like Portuguese cuisine, you MUST go there. The portions are BIG and prices are good. I had the Cod au Gratin(Bacalhau Gratinado), enough to share with a friend — and we were both hungry! Delicious! Service is either for take out(they have a «take out area» where you can sit and eat) or dine-in. I had the take-out, Liked it so much I am desperately coming back to have MORECOD. Oh, they have other dishes too, including feijoada(black beans & pork stew). I almost ordered their feijoada, but, you know, fish + cheese + potato = LOVE!
