Optima Tours & Limousine Service

The short story is that the Hyatt Regency recommended this company for me to use on my wedding day to get our wedding party from the hotel to the venue. What ended up happening is the most confusing and frustrating hour of the weekend:
— We made a 10 minute stop on the way to the wedding to take a photo. When we got to the wedding, the driver/​manager Habib doubled the price (Not communicated, when we asked to make the stop in the first place).
— Our quote was for an hour, but insisted that it should have only taken 30 minutes so he double booked — not our problem.
— The second SUV was late and the groomsmen arrived 30 minutes after the first group did
— They took the most trafficked and congested routes (right into the Blue Jays game letting out) then said the doubled price was also because we took longer than he wanted us to
There is a much longer version of this story, but either one ends with me in a white dress, about to walk into my wedding ceremony with the manager of this company trying to extort money from me knowing that I had no other option if I wanted to get on with my day.
