This salon is perfect for the pricepoint. It’s cute, the people who work there are absolutely lovely! It gets very busy on Saturdays at 10 so I like to go at 9 or 9:30 to make sure I get seated. The girls are sometimes hit or miss, but if you find someone you like, there will be no surprises. It’s my weekly spot! Bring cash.

The salon is well lit, and looks nice but I will never go here again. I came here on a group on coupon, and was told on the phone that if I didn’t come in by the expiry date, then the coupon will expire. So I made arrangements to come by the last date. While I was there, I heard a conversation that the owner had on the phone saying that she could extend the expiry date by a month to another customer. Also, when I went to pay for the coupon (it was only for the taxes of the coupon which wasnt much), I wanted to pay the tip and taxes on my credit card. After giving me grief about paying on credit card, and suggesting that I go to a cash machine, they finally let me pay by credit card. But when they did, they proceeded to charge me taxes on the the tax and tip? Who does this? Well the owner did, and she didnt even come up to the front to talk to me, instead she stayed in the back of the salon and hid behind her workers and told them what to do! I will never go back to this place again! Her business ethics are questionable, and she lost a customer because of it.
