Plastis Custom Cleaner

I was staying at Hilton for my business trip. I brought my dry clean here thinking it’d be cheaper. Turned out to be the same price as hotel.

What I had cleaned here: I brought some ties to get them cleaned, it was the perfect location since it is downstairs in my building. I brought three ties, two of them with light stains, which were guaranteed to come out upon inspection by the lady. So I decided to write a review based on my experience, also noticing that this place has thus far not been reviewed.
The cost: It was about 5 $ for each tie.
The result: 1 non stained tie cleaned, 1 stained tie also cleaned, and 1 other tie not being cleaned properly.
The service: not so good. FIrst of all, the promise had been made to clean the second stained tie with a successful outcome. I understand that some stains just won’t come out, thats fine! But given that it was not the cleaned as promised, don’t I deserve a refund? No attempt was made to do so. And that whole thing on the website about being able to repair flood and fire damaged items, are you serious? You couldn’t clean a calcium stain on a tie.
They did send it through cleaning twice, but the guy made me wait for two days for cleaning, despite them advertising that cleanings are performed on the same day (I had requested t have it the same day). He basically said that because of the stain there will be a special process. Guess what? When I got the tie back two days later, the same tag and number was on the tie as was on it the first time it was sent, which means they never sent it the second time around, but had instead just held it there for two days. How do I know this? Well the second time the tie was sent through, it was the only item going to get cleaned, while the tag specified that three items were sent, meaning this was the original tag from the first cleaning.
Awful service. So why the two stars instead of one star? Thats because it is in a convenient location for some people, and in no way is this due to anything else.
Therefore, go here because it is the only dry cleaning place around and you absolutely have no other choice but to come here. Otherwise why would you give them your $ when there are 10 dry cleaning places on each block in the city?
Oh and another thing, they need to get someone who is actually present at the store front, so you don’t have to keep ringing the bell and wait for them to come from out the back each time.
