I do not want to give them even one star. I brought 4 new Juicy couture track pants that are expensive. 2 of them are velour pants. They used iron for those, though the sign of the pant clearly write no iron. As a result, they were burned. The other 2 were the same style cotton pants. They measured how much one of them should be cut the hems there. They said they cut the same length of the other. As a result, the length of the same style cotton pants are 2 inches different length. I complained about the burned two pants. They admitted that they used iron for my velour pants first, but they denied it at the end of our conversation. They told me not to worry about these little burning. They were not little. They were brand new,
I also complained about the different length of the same style, two pants. They told me to call the manager. Whenever I called the manager so many times, she/​he has never been there. Really?

The zipper pull tab on my daughter’s winter coat came off, we took it to Quick Stitch to fix and they charged us $ 15. The third time she wore the coat after we got it back the tab came off again. I took the coat back to them and they informed me that there are a couple teeth missing off the zipper and that they knew the fix wouldn’t last, the whole zipper needs replacing; they can replace the zipper for $ 35. They didn’t tell us about the zipper needing to be replaced before doing the initial repair. Telling us would have given us the option of doing the repair properly the first time or seeing if we can get a new coat. I would also have ment I wouldn’t have had to make an extra trip.
