When I first got to know Ragga I was in love about having a place with that large of a variety of products right beside my apartment. If they just knew how much money they could have made off of me!!! Every time I would go I would feel like I was inconveniencing them. They would look at me in a very unwelcoming way, it’s almost like they were chasing me out. I don’t know if the owner knows what is going on since he is not rude at all. I’ve met him once and we chatted for a little bit and he seemed to be cool. There was one other time where a black, skinny short haired girl with glasses was working and she was just lovely and she helped me a lot. After that day I was ready to forget any mistreatment. When I came back the next time, hoping she would still be there to help me out, the full figured, light skinned lady was back with the same rude behavior towards the customers. I just had enough with this store!!! You should not go there unless you are really desperate about a product. If you go there it’s best to know exactly what you need. Shut your eyes, ears and mouth, get your product and get out!!!

They have a great inventory. Prices are a little too high though its understandable (to a degree) as they have to pay import fees. The personalities could lighten up a bit, however they are helpful as long as you are buying.

Staff are rude!!! I came back to purchase extensions and my friend to purchase a wig and the customer service a lady was giving was appalling. Overpriced and not good quality service. I thought a weave I got awhile back that it was good at first but did not last more than a week without tracks showing from first day. For $ 700 this is unacceptable. I felt very wripped off!

JUST TERRIBLE the staff are rude I ask for some help the guys told me I spend 10minutes of his time and he have to go lunch I said to him right go lunch and I left. And I try another day and unfortunately happen the same thing with a girl. Finally I banished this place. Beauty supply close to engliton station are much better they are great. answer you for free even if you don’t buy anything

i have been going to Ragga on and off for 7 years. Everytime i go i get nothing but rude staff, and rude owners. because of this i only go when i am in a pinch as i dread walking into this place and i never send my clients. i actually have clients who have come to me with hair from Ragga and services done by them as well that is nothing less then disastrous.
i do not recommend going to this place. Rude staff, over priced hair. and they act like they are in business to do us a favour. in actuality the people who still support them are doing them a favour.

I called this store looking for a few products that were posted on the website. There was two left of the products I was going to purchase. So I called to confirm they still had the product in store and there was this rude male on the phone saying that I was wasting his time on the phone and if I had even called a well known department store that they wouldn’t give you a straight answer. This man was extremely out of place. I was going to spend over $ 100 worth of products on this store. I will never call this place much less go there for anything. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.

Having shopped around and wasted money on overpriced hair accessories (wigs) at numerous beauty supply establishments around Toronto.
The staff and owners are kind, courteous and knowledgeable.
Ragga has the best priced wigs.

Absolutely LOVE Ragga. As a make up and hair professional, I constantly need to purchase extensions, synthetic hair, wigs etc. I’ve been to all of the beauty supply stores in the city, and this one by far has the best selection of hair, and the best customer service. The salespeople are always able to find exactly what I’m looking for, in my price range, and are very honest about their products. I 100% recommend this to both other beauty professionals and consumers.

Took my client here for wigs. She got 3 wigs, hair product & 2 wig stands for $ 190. Great deals to be had, ask for Chadreka! The salon staff were super awesome and trimmed the bangs on her wig before leaving. Great place, great prices and great staff!
