Re/Max Unique

I recently bought my first home (condo) with the stellar help of Michael Grabenheimer, an agent at Re/​Max Unique.
Michael was referred to me by a close friend and he was completely awesome to work with from day one.
Michael was always quick to respond to my zillions of questions, informative and really great at helping me discover what I actually wanted to buy (because I honestly didn’t have a clue!) He never tried to pressure me into anything or sway my opinion, but he did have a natural intuition and inquisitive way of figuring out what I was happy with. (I needed a lot of hand-​holding throughout the entire process).
Once I was ready to put in an offer, Michael was on the ball and did a lot of tough negotiating on my behalf with the seller’s agent, never once suggesting that I should raise my bid to an amount I wasn’t comfortable with.
Michael knows the downtown condo market like the back of his hand. Plus, he is super cool and I still want to hang out with him even though my condo search is a done deal. If you’re thinking about buying: Call him. (But not too early, he likes to sleep in)
