This is one of my favourite Chinese restaurant and the great thing about it is that it’s close to where I live. The service here is great, the servers and manager are very friendly and the place is very clean The food here is delicious! The have lunch specials which is an entrée that comes with rice and a choice of hot and sour soup or soy milk. Personally, I find the hot and sour soup has too much vinegar but I don’t like hot and sour soup to begin with so I might be bias. Some of my favourite food here are the beef pancake, onion pancake, dumplings, their beef noodles(the noodles taste like ramen) and there’s this chicken dish that comes with a peanut sauce that’s to die for. For those allergic to peanut, beware that some of their dishes have peanuts in it. For one of their desserts, I couldn’t taste any peanut but it turns out to have peanut. Their specialty is this pork bun filled with soup and I don’t really like ordering it because I think there’s too much dough. Also, the menu is completely in Chinese so it’s difficult to order if you can’t read Chinese. Otherwise, I would come here for lunch and dinner every day if I could!

Real Chinese Dumpling & Noodles is as authentic as you get for Northern Chinese food. Nice and Friendly waiter who spend time to explain the Dan Dan Noodles we ordered and check if we enjoy our meals… That is so not usual in a Chinese restaurant. and our meal cost $ 7 pre tax and tips… Dan Dan Noodle($ 2.99) — We were having each other funny look when we saw the noodle we ordered. not the usual Dan Dan Noodle that has peanuts, hot sauce and with a reddish soup base — The waiter then explain to us that this is the real Sichuan Dan Dan Noodle. the one that has peanut sauce is not the authentic version — The broth is clear not spicy spicy, but it has an aftertaste of tangy dumbing feel left your mouth — pork is cooked with preserved vegetable — The noodle itself is chewy and have good bite Soup Filled buns($ 4.99) — Kind of like xiao long bao but the wrapping is a lot thicker… — a much more doughy feel but it does retain most of the soup inside — feels and tasted like home cooking. freshly prepared for sure not those frozen type(I did have frozen dumplings in a restaurant before…) They do have lunch specials but those are all entrees with rice. I love the dumplings much much better! :) Cash Only!
