While walking around Sherway, I noticed the colourful displays at the front of Rinascimento and I just had to walk in! Patterns, use of fabrics and textures, and cuts are quite different than any other mall stores. Very fresh looking merchandise!
I do have a coupla pieces from this line, but purchased abroad so I was vaguely familiar with this line. When I chatted with the salesgirl, I asked her when they opened and apparently they’ve been at the mall for a coupla years now!?! Their previous location was smaller, but they recently expanded/​relocated into this larger unit.
Salesgirl also relayed that everything in the store is made in Italy. So you’ll see some similarities to Moschino and Miu Miu. Some people may think it’s tacky, but just tell them it’s «European» instead! ;)
Don’t be intimidated! Not as expensive as it looks. Dresses are ~$ 260 – 300. Great store to check out if you like different things &/​or to dress creatively!
