I forgot to review this place, as recently I needed to make an exchange on my router, and the staff looked like they were all diagnosed with some terminal disease. At the very least they seemed like Zombies… Ughhhhh…
Anyways, since then (just a few weeks ago), they’ve closed.

Located right next door to the Wellesley subway station, this Rogers Plus location has plenty of retail space, however, some parts of the store are empty or not well stock, giving the store an empty look. The customer service at this location is the best in the area and the selection of DVD rentals is decent. Consumer electronics such as mobile phones, cable boxes and internet models are well stocked, but the store could use some revamping in order to give it a more friendlier feel. Otherwise, this store gets four stars for their great customer service and location.

At this Rogers Plus location, you can rent video games and movies, pay your bill, and arrange to get your cable box or remotes fixed. You can also get some help adding and/​or removing mobile phone services. What you’re not going to get, however, is service with a smile. You’ll go in there, you’ll be assisted (but barely tolerated) by the employees, and you will LIKE IT, gosh darn it.
