I have been a loyal rogers customer for over 15yrs and have finally gotten so fed up with there lack of customer loyalty and service that I beleive that it is time to find a new carrier. I have 3 smart phones associated with my account and 1 mobile internet card through them in my business account and home television and internet. They advertise deals for new clients but have no consideration for existing clients. For example they are advertising a roam like home package for $ 5per day when in the states for share everything plan customers but I asked them to honor this for my existing package that I have had for many years and not interested in changing and I was told that I do not qualify for this service and my only option is to change my package or purchase a travel pack for $ 80 I find this to be ridiculous considering I have the most extensive package that they offer to business clients. I hope that someone with some authority sees this review and changes their policy so that other loyal customers don’t get treated like this. I beleive that a corporation like rogers should offer the best options to their loyal long time clients then just to attract new business. You have lost a small fish in your big ocean but if you keep this up you will find that ocean will dwindle to a small pond one day.

My mother, Mrs Helene S., has been a Rogers Communications Cable Television Customer for over 25 years and is a Very Loyal and Happy Customer and You can see Why? Recently, my mother had a problem with her bill and so I wrote several complaint letters asking for assistance and in just a few days, Kayla G., from Office Of The President came to my mother’s rescue! She was very attentive, caring, understanding and listened to our point of view and was able to come to a Very Fair and Reasonable Solution for right now! I just want to say to Kayla G., Thank You for taking the Time out of your Day to assist us! You are Simply The Best! ps: No wonder Kayla G. has been with the company for 10 years! ps: She is obviously doing something Right!
