The woman who works in this shop is not the least bit friendly or customer service oriented. No greeting, no smile, curt sentences to just get the job done. Makes you feel like you’re interrupting something more important when you walk in(and I was the only customer in the place). In addition, apparently they have only one computer(out of about 4) that is capable of processing returns or exchanges, and it takes an inordinate amount of time to do this. I went in one day and there were 4 people who had to do a return, and even though there were several staff working and other computers available, these people all had to wait in line a long time for the . C’mon, Rogers, it’s 2013 and you make tons of profits… maybe you could spring for a couple of extra computers that can handle returns??? And ask your employees not to be so damn surly. Sheesh.
