I recently went into Rosco Travel to get information on changing some more Trinidadian currency. I was told by Sarah to give my name and number and someone would call me with information. By the next day, I still didn’t receive a phone call so I called in. I spoke to a gentleman who let me know that I could get it in 1 – 2 business days as long as I called him the following morning. When I called the next morning, Sarah answered the phone telling me I wouldn’t be able to get it for a week because they couldn’t order it. I asked her why she took my number and never called back. She proceeded to tell me that she may have taken my number but she’s so busy that she can’t be expected to remember to call, especially since they don’t have it. We went back and forth for a few minutes before she claimed to have a customer and hung up on me. As a result of SARAH’s rudeness and her boss’s wrong information, I wouldn’t go back there. Unless the anger I’m feeling completely takes over… I’m hoping for Sarah’s sake, it doesn’t.
