Sara’s Hairline Nail & Spa

I took my son into this salon while my husband was getting some dental work done in the same plaza. I forget the girls name that was the hairdresser there. My son showed her a picture of the style he wanted which was a justin bieber cut, short on the sideds fading to long on the top. She agreed that she could do that cut. When it was finished it looked like a mohawk and to top it off she cut a ¼″ & ½″ line straight down both side of his head where the short hair meets the long hair accenting it to make it look nothing what my son had asked for. When i was so shocked as to what she did, she proceeded to tell me thats the way the picture was. I pulled up the picture to show her, she was very rude and said that wasn’t the picture. The tried to say that my son told her to cut it like that. Actually he asked for a line up which is cleaning up the edges and it was obvious that she had no idea what a line up was. My son is only 13yrs old and in tears as school is just around the corner and he looks ridiculas. The lady put up a huge fight in the salon. When my husband came in furious to confront her as to how a salon could manage to screw up so badly, then put the blame on a child. She was very upset and rude about having to give us our money back but honestly no money could fix the embarassment that my son has to go through with such a haircut. I do not recommend this shop to anyone and hope this does not happen again. I will be getting in contact with the owner as well regarding this issue. Extremely Dissatisfied :(:(:(

My wife and I did a drop in for a Mani and pedi. The two ladies who work in the salon were great. Friendly and fast. They are well liked by the ladies who came in while we were here. It’s a little hidden but all gems are.
