I visited Brendan Cheung for acupuncture throughout my pregnancy and had a wonderful experience. He is caring, thorough, and experienced. Throughout my pregnancy it was comforting to have my health supported by Brendan’s techniques. He even incorporated some acupressure which was nice. Brendan is a gem, and Satori is a lovely place to visit for treatment.

An updated review due to a more recent visit. The therapist was very friendly despite that I was 10 minutes late. She immediately escorted me to a treatment room and asked about my concerns and pressure preference. During the massage she also checked in with me twice about the pressure. This is not a spa facility at all, but more like a medical clinic, which is I think what they strive for. Their therapists are also at reception, which I personally think is an efficient arrangement. To sum up, much better impression this time :)

I have been back 3 times now and these are the best massages I have ever had. The therapists were great and really knew what they were doing. The place had a very relaxing atmosphere. They have tea in the waiting area and offer hot towels at the end which were both some very nice touches. There are other places closer to me, but this one is worth going out of my way for.

Probably the nicest space I’ve ever been to for a massage. My RMT also did great work. Welcoming to new clients, no attitude despite the Yorkville location.

Satori was my first experience at a medical spa and I was not sure what to expect, but upon arrival I was greeted by very friendly staff and made welcome. It’s brightly lit with a serene atmosphere and I was instantly ready to get my wellness on. My appointment was for a Shiatsu massage with Caroline who was extremely friendly and helpful. Throughout the massage I was curious to what she was doing to my body and she readily explained it to me as she was doing it and why, which gave me confidence in her abilities. The massage itself was relaxing and the 45 minute session was over before I knew it. My body felt anew as I lay there covered in blankets. I will go for the full hour next time as it was incredibly refreshing and a perfect way to shed the stress of daily life. Highly recommend to anyone looking to unwind and love their bodies.

I booked a massage at the last minute here for my sore back after my long plane ride. This place is awesome. I had Sarethia, super good RMT, knows the pressure points technique and relieve my sore back. She didn’t talk during the entire massage or try to attempt any small chitty chat but some people I know like that. It’s expensive but really worth it in my opinion. The environment is clean and quiet. Reception is courteous and friendly. I was a bit nervous about going since Yorkville can be snotty.

They know what they’re doing! I’ve come here quite a few things for registered massage therapy, and they don’t skimp on the pressure or the quality of their service. I’ve been treated by multiple RMTs and they’re all very good and professional. I come here to address athletics related issues rather than for relaxing, indulgent massages, though I’m sure many clients come here for that too. The rooms are quiet, simple and peaceful(some nice washrooms there too!). Sign up for their last minute club if you think you’ll be a repeat client as subscribers are notified via email about last minute appointment availabilities. If you take advantage of those times, you may also receive $ 10 or more credits to use at another appointment.

I go to Satori for Osteopathy — Katherine Libertore is no short of amazing. The space is beautiful, and relaxing and without much attitude even in the heart of Yorkville, which to me is something to be said. It’s a bit pricey, but it’s worth it.
