I was craving for a burger and a colleague recommended trying Sequel. I was going to go to South St. Burger — my usual place.
Went in and asked for a burger and unfortunately it wasn’t BURGER DAY (It’s Friday). Thanks to the nice people there, they made me a FRESH burger and fries just for me! I’ve had A lot of burgers and this really topped it for me. Excellent quality beef, very thick and juicy. They had a pommery mayo spread on the burger and that really set it apart from other burgers.
Eric, the chef, came out and even explained to me how he made his french fries. The french fries were done perfectly — the right crunch, delicious potatoes. I’ve been here twice now and the 2nd time around, it’s been exactly the same — awesome!
