My schnauzer Jazz does not like being groomed. Whereas most groomers cage dogs during the time they are not on the grooming table, Valerie allows dogs (that are good with others dogs) to chill out in the living room area with the other dogs… this works great, and means a lot less stress for most dogs… I love this groomer… they do a great cut, and my dog comes out of the grooming process in a great mood…

My husband and I had just moved to Toronto from New York 3 months ago with our small puppy and were not looking forward to having to find our new go-to spots. After meeting the owner in Ramsden Park, we decided to pay Simply the Best a visit, especially after getting very pricey quotes for grooming in the area.
It is a small and quirky operation — both Valerie and Yukaro are extremely nice and above all great with dogs. We have found we get great value for our money on grooming services and our dog has a great time in their company playing with the other pups. We have been 3 times now and have been extremely pleased!

Impatient groomer who did not organize her grooming schedules, causing herself to be all stressed out with the line of dogs waiting to be groomed.
Fellow co-workers also don’t communicate or help each other with the handling of animals.
Very disappointed.
