I can’t really say anything good or bad about this store. The sales people aren’t really friendly and they don’t seem to know a whole lot about shoes. But they’re definitely not rude and for a gal like me, who likes to be left alone while shopping, they definitely don’t pester you. I made a huge purchase there the other day– $ 300 for a pair of Mephisto Milly sandals that I thought were the answer to all my foot prayers. But the 39 was too short in the toe and straps were to wide on the 40 so I returned them. They were nice about it and didn’t give me a hassle when I didn’t want to exchange for another pair.
I’d buy something here again if they had the right product, but it has nothing to do with the sales people or the service.
